With the continuous progress of artificial intelligence technology,the degree of digitalization and informatization in many aspects of people's life and work is deepening.This trend is profoundly changing the social outlook and people's production and life style,but also forming a massive data set.Behind such huge data is massive data output every day.Exponential growth of massive data hides huge economic value,and algorithm technology has become the only means to mine the value behind the data.The operation mode of "big data + algorithm" has become an important reliance for many fields to achieve leap-forward goals.It is undeniable that the application of algorithm technology not only greatly innovates the current traditional human resource management mode,but also contributes to the win-win situation of employment enterprises and job seekers.However,the "double-edged sword" attribute of algorithm technology may also become a tool to encourage employment enterprises to infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of job seekers,and bring severe challenges to the protection of workers' right to privacy and equality.The uncertainty of algorithm technology and the problems it brings to the employment field will bring many influences on the stable economic development and harmonious social progress in the long run.This paper aims to crack algorithmic employment discrimination in the future job market.With the help of literature research method,case study method and other specific research methods,this paper first analyzes the current regulatory path of employment discrimination in China in terms of legislation,administration and justice,so as to accurately depict the current regulatory pattern.Based on this,the paper studies the basis of algorithmic employment discrimination under the new situation.At the same time,starting from the operation process of algorithmic employment recommendation technology,the technical path and value path of operation in the field of employment are carefully analyzed,and the types of employment discrimination are divided based on the combination of technical concepts and operation characteristics,forming a comprehensive understanding of algorithmic employment technology.At present,many people lack an overall and objective understanding of algorithm technology,especially the operation of the employment field where algorithm is applied,so the above content can be more comprehensive.Understand the technology objectively.Secondly,there are many defects in the current domestic regulatory pattern in the process of dealing with algorithmic employment discrimination.This paper conducts in-depth and detailed analysis from the perspective of the division of rights and responsibilities of individuals,the main responsibility of enterprises and the use of public power,so as to lay the foundation for putting forward targeted countermeasures.Thirdly,on the basis of fully considering the experience and lessons of foreign countries in regulating such problems,we can fully absorb the elements that can be used for reference and combine the actual situation of Our country,so as to provide some thoughts and suggestions for solving the problems.At the same time,combined with the rise of the current digital human rights concept,algorithm technology regulation concept innovation,so as to form professional and effective countermeasures to provide direction guidance.Finally,on the basis of the above factors,the author puts forward his own constructive suggestions.With the help of contradictions found in the process of problem analysis and reference to foreign experience,the author forms countermeasures at the three levels of individuals,society and the country,and provides feasible suggestions for the development of algorithm-based employment recommendation technology.
