Research On The Educational Management Of Criminals Involved In Underworld And Evi

Since Criminal Law of The People's Republic of China is added with clauses of crimes with gang nature,the state has carried out serious crackdowns,so that the number of crimes of gang nature and vicious power-related crimes has been rising up in prisons.Especially,after the Party Central Committee and the State Council enacted the Notice on Carrying out Special Flights against Gang and Vicious Forces in January 2018,a large number of gangland-and vicious power-related criminals have been punished by the law and gradually put into prisons for learning and reshaping.These criminal practices are worse than other types of criminals,and social relations are more complex.Therefore,how to effectively educate and manage these criminals is not only a necessary element of national special fight tasks against gang and vicious forces,but also a major test for prison supervision and modification.This study,under the guidance of public management theories,explores how to effectively transform and change these difficult criminals in criminal groups,starting from crime education management.This study comprehensively sort out the research results of criminal education management and the education transformation of this type of criminals mainly through literature review and related data collection.Through questionnaires,interviews,and case analysis,this study gets the systematical understanding of the basic information and education management of criminals of gang and vicious nature in c prisons in Jiangsu Province,and looks through typical cases of transformation of these criminals,and comprehensively analyzes the deficiencies and successful experience,for in-depth analysis of true reasons from prisons,police,criminals dimensions,etc.First,this study analyzes the relevant theories of the ideological and educational reform of these crimes;second,it conducts an in-depth analysis on educational management of gangland-related and vicious power-related criminals in prison,problems existing and reasons,based on field survey of C Prison in Jiangsu Province;Finally,under the basic thinking and principles of strengthening and improving the education and management,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward on how to improve the level of education and management of criminals.The results of this research can not only deepen the special fight tasks against gangland-related and vicious power-related crimes,but also provide some references for the management for prisons involving this type of criminals,and solve the current practical problems to be done by prison management workers.
