Today,China is continuously advancing the process of the rule of law,building a comprehensive society under the rule of law,and the public’s legal awareness has gradually improved.However,due to the strong professionalism of the law,the high legal consultation fee,and the large demand for legal aid,the supply and demand relationship is unbalanced.Therefore,the task of smoothing the legal aid channels and establishing and improving the legal aid mechanism is crucial.At present,the construction of intelligent courts in my country is also inseparable from legal assistance.However,it is difficult to obtain professional legal knowledge through traditional methods such as manual consultation and online Baidu.Some people understand the law but don’t know how to use it.For example,from the recent example of the State Council’s special campaign against abducting and trafficking in women and children,they deeply feel that my country’s legal aid work has a long way to go,and it is worth every citizen’s efforts..In the field of artificial intelligence,the emergence of intelligent question answering systems provides a research direction for smooth legal aid channels,and will also bring great significance to the construction of a socialist legal society in my country.When each of us encounters an infringement,we can instantly think of using legal weapons to protect ourselves,but in the face of highly professional legal knowledge,we often feel overwhelmed for the first time.The root cause is not ignorance of the law.importance,but the lack of legal thinking to deal with the problems encountered.In response to the above problems,the research and implementation of the intelligent question answering system for legal aid comprehensive service management based on knowledge graphs can be easily solved.The system is in the form of human-computer interaction in natural language,so that the computer can understand the real thoughts of the user,so as to give instructions for the next step,which can solve the problems encountered at present.Therefore,the research and implementation of the intelligent question answering system for legal aid comprehensive service management based on knowledge graph has strong application value and practical significance.The use of knowledge graph to realize the intelligent question answering system of legal aid needs to solve the following problems: first,understanding legal questions;secondly,constructing high-quality knowledge graph;finally,research and implementation of the intelligent question answering system for legal aid comprehensive service management based on knowledge graph.Among them,the research difficulty lies in how the intelligent question answering system understands diverse natural language expressions,and the identification of named entities and entity relationships corresponding to questions in the knowledge graph is the focus of the research.This paper innovatively proposes a word embedding layer based on The Att-Bi LSTM-CRF model can deeply understand the questions asked by users in diverse natural languages and return a model that is as concise and accurate as possible.Compared with the CBOW model and the Bi LSTM-CRF model based on the embedding layer,the model performs well at both sentence level and document level. |
