In the process of comprehensively governing the country by law and accelerating the construction of the rule of law in China, the integration and development of regional economies are increasingly deepening, and regional coordinated legislation is not only an inevitable result of local legal system construction, but also an innovative field of my country's current legal system construction.Although various forms of collaborative research have been carried out in relatively developed regions such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the Yangtze River Delta,in the process of coordinated development, regional collaborative legislation still lags behind regional development, and there are some problems.Regional collaborative legislation lacks legal basis and experience in regional legislation, making it difficult to meet the needs of regional coordination legislation;regional interests are fiercely contested, there is a lack of a high-level collaborative legislative body coordination and unified system, coupled with insufficient public participation,it is difficult to reflect the interests of the people and obtain the public's support.Advocacy is an urgent problem to be solved.Foreign regional collaborative legislation focuses on the concept of contracts or establishes various coordination mechanisms.Meet the needs of regional legal integration and regional cooperative governance, and increase regional synergy.my country's regional collaborative legislation should comprehensively promote the improvement of regional collaborative legislation by formulating and improving relevant laws, determining the principles of regional collaborative legislation, establishing high-level regional collaborative legislative bodies, and strengthening public participation.
