Research On Several Issues Of Online Fundraising Fraud

The problem of online fundraising fraud occupies an important position in the theoretical analysis of the crime of fraud.The problems of inaction fraud,the identification of property losses,the standards for the completion of the crime of fraud and the calculation of the amount are all of great significance to the study of the crime of fraud,and are worthwhile.Further attention should be paid to the theoretical research and judicial practice of the crime of being defrauded.This paper attempts to analyze the above three issues in detail,and draws relatively appropriate conclusions by combining specific cases to analyze different focal issues,in order to better solve some difficult problems in judicial practice.
