In recent years,third-party payments have flourished,especially with the implementation of the relevant laws and regulations issued by the People's Bank of China,and government regulation of third-party payment sinking funds has been put in place in an orderly and stable manner.Nevertheless,there are still loopholes in the administrative supervision of the sinking funds generated by third-party payments in China that cannot be ignored.There are problems such as the low level of legal legislation and the inflexibility of the central bank's "centralised depository" for sinking funds.Therefore,it is necessary to take into account the feasible aspects of the regulation of sinking funds in other countries and learn from them,to raise the legal and legislative level of sinking funds,and to strengthen the People's Bank of China and various departments to carry out all-round supervision of sinking funds by means of administrative permits,penalties,incentives and guidance,in order to maintain social order and protect the rights of customers from a deeper level,so that Internet finance can go far and deep.
