With the opportunities brought about by economic globalization and the continuous deepening of the process of comprehensively advancing the rule of law in China,the cause of the rule of law in China has been developing vigorously.Therefore,law firms has not only been increasing in numbers,but their scale and quality has improved distinctly.As the core competitive force,the lawyers' stability and work enthusiasm are the key to the development and expansion of law firms.Therefore,it is necessary for law firms to explore and construct a set of human resource management system in line with their own development and the characteristics of law profession,especially to establish and perfect the corresponding incentive mechanism.This article will take law firm A as the research object,use the case analysis method,the questionnaire survey method to carry on the analytical study of the firm,by consulting literature and relevant experts.This thesis discusses the actual effect of the existing incentive mechanism of law firm A.The study found that the firm has problems such as incomplete salary system,unsound training system,unsmooth promotion mechanism and low corporate cultural identity.So,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the salary system,perfect the performance evaluation,improve the training system,build the culture of the company and strengthen the talent reserve strategy.This study will be of reference value for law firm A to optimize its existing incentive mechanism and reform the human resource management system,so as to help it further stabilize the lawyer team,enhance the team consciousness and stimulate their work enthusiasm,while expanding the brand influence of the firm and achieving high-quality development.We will provide more professional and efficient legal services for the construction of our country's legal society.
