Research On The Identification And Regulation Of Occupational Lending

Professional lending is a new concept in the field of private lending in recent years.Previous studies on professional lending from academic and practice field have found that there are some difficulties in legal identification and regulation.In recent years,this problem has been paid more and more attention by the legal circle,who has introduced the concept and related identification standards of professional lending.Based on private lending,through the summary and collection of relevant normative documents and cases,this paper analyzes the possibility of professional lending being incorporated into the formal system,the application of professional lending identification standards,the intersection of civil and criminal punishment from the perspective of professional lending and the regulation mechanism of professional lending from legislative status quo,case induction and judicial regulation aspects,and puts forward corresponding suggestions,hoping to help the identification and regulation of professional lending in judicial practice in China.
