In recent years,due to the improvement of economic quality,the support of government policies and the diversification of financing methods,many enterprises have chosen to expand through the concentration of operators.At the same time,the anti-monopoly law enforcement agencies must prevent the distortion of market competition caused by the concentration of operators,which affects the healthy development of the economy.To this end,the State Administration for Market Regulation should continue to strengthen and improve the anti-monopoly review of operator concentration,improve the review system,improve the quality and efficiency of the review,and strive to build an anti-monopoly review system that is compatible with the stage and level of my country's economic development.So how to use the anti-monopoly law to effectively promote the concentration of operators,while reducing its adverse effects on economic development,the effective use of the system of restrictive conditions for the concentration of operators has long-term significance.This article aims to make a legal analysis of the restrictive conditions attached to the concentration of business operators in our country,and explain the legislative and law enforcement problems of the restrictive condition system in our country.Taking the theory as the basis and analyzing the current situation of our country in combination with case studies,we try to make suggestions for the improvement of restrictive conditions in our country,and play the important role of restrictive conditions in maintaining market balance,maintaining the order of competition and promoting the development of enterprises.
