Nowadays,the Internet is booming and the endless information security interaction behavior of users is derived from its rapid development.The rhythm of updating iteration in various interactive ways is too fast.However,the research on user information security is mostly technical,and the number of user psychological experience research is less.A large number of passwords,verification code,repeated endless password retrieval,to the user’s psychological use has brought great burnout.This paper studies the psychology of user’s information security burnout by taking root research method and questionnaire method.First of all,through the grounded theory research method of 30 user interviews,the access materials obtained for open coding,spindle coding,selective coding three steps.Among them,33 open codings,8 spindle codings,3 selective codings such as hard factor,soft factor and human factor.And it is concluded that users have information security burnout preliminarily in the current Internet environment.Secondly,through 377 questionnaires,reliability analysis,validity analysis and general descriptive statistics test were carried out on the collected data.These 377 questionnaires reveal that in the current Internet environment,there is indeed a user information security burnout emotion,and summed up the current factors that cause user information security burnout.At the same time,several models and methods that can improve the user information security interactive experience effectively.Finally,the information security interaction model is established by the user’s usage scenario and personalized requirements.According to these,the corresponding improvement suggestions about users,software developers,website builders and relevant government departments.
