The Theory And Practice Of Legal Anthropology

Since sociology and anthropology are introduced into China,legal anthropology research in China has begun.A number of scholars joined this research team one after another and a series of researches are started.Theories and methods are introduced and local practices are expanded.Observing the development of Chinese and Western legal anthropology development paths,from its birth to the present,we can find that there are obvious factional divisions in legal anthropology research due to different disciplinary backgrounds,and the issue of the positioning and belonging always run through.As a non-pure discipline,legal anthropology has a complex staff composition similar to those interdisciplinary studies.Due to the different academic backgrounds and knowledge backgrounds,researchers are gathered as different "academic groups".A pluralistic trend has presented in researchers,angles and fieldworks.The article also introduced basic theory,the model of local practice and development trends.
