Postmodern photography no longer stops at depicting the real things as objects, but surpasses the recording and timeliness of photography itself, and further interprets the world in the way of reproduction and performance.Since it was proposed by Jacques Derrida," deconstruction" has gradually penetrated into the field of art.It has infected artists with the rebellious spirit of anti-center,anti-authority,anti-binary confrontation, and anti-black and white.Meanwhile,it is also one of the important methods used in art analysis. This paper will mainly use the analysis method of deconstruction, place itself in the position of postmodernism, take Robert Mapplethorpe and his works as an example, and explore the expression of deconstruction and reconstruction in photography from two aspects of external form and internal meaning. In the exploration of Mapplethorpe’s works, this paper analyzes the deconstruction and elimination of the "two opposite aspects" that he wants to express, that is,the concept of gender is fluid and impossible to be completely separated, not two strictly separated categories;Support for the"decentralization" of deconstruction and face the marginalized groups from the first perspective; And a reinterpretation of still life photography. Therefore,by means of comparative discovery and other means, the special perspectives and details in Mapplethorpe’s works are summarized, and the diversified ideas conveyed in them are felt to go deeper into Mapplethorpe’s ideal world constructed by photography. |
