This translation text is selected from Food Safety Management system Chapter 5and Chapter 6.This book introduces how to implement the Food Safety Management Systems(FSMS)to achieve the positive management and control of the five risk factors of foodservice establishment.This text belongs to the scientific work with rigorous language and strong logic.This report analyzes the sentences in the original text and explores the problems encountered in translation.In case analysis,firstly,it explores the translation of abbreviations,abstract nouns,prepositions and modal verbs in terms of vocabulary.Secondly,in translation of sentences,antelocation,division and synthesis are adopted.Finally,textual cohesion includes the translation of anaphora and thematic progression.The translation of this text is expected to provide references for the translation of such texts in the future.
