Research On Lu Ji's Parallel Prose

As a writer,Lu Ji is a key figure in the formation of the parallel prose.He was born in the distinguished Lu family of the Eastern Wu,He has a deep family study.He has read many classic books since he was a child,and he became famous when he was very young.After the fall of the Wu Empire,Lu Ji was conscripted into Luo Yang at the end of Taikang,and for his outstanding literary talent,he became famous in Taikang literary circles.In terms of essay creation,Lu Ji's parallel prose have undergone new changes compared to previous enerations in terms of pairings,allusions,sentence patterns,and styles.They were not only appreciated by Zhang Hua,a major literary leader at that time.In later generations,he was also respected by Emperor Taizong of Tang Dynasty and Si Jie of Early Tang Dynasty.However,since the Tang and Song Ancient Prose Movement,with the change of people's stylistic concepts and the attack on the creation style of the parallel prose,Lu Ji's parallel prose was once ignored.Therefore,the author aims to explore the important position of Lu Ji's parallel prose in the history of the development of parallel prose by investigating the literary style and style innovation of Lu Ji's parallel prose and the evaluation of later generations.This article is based on a total of 120 Lu Ji's parallel proses included in Yang Ming's "The Emendation & Annotation of Luji's Corpus" as the research object,From the perspective of the form of the parallel prose and the innovation of the style,the author analyzes Lu Ji's innovation in the art of parallel prose by reading the text carefully,and further clarifies the special position of Lu Ji in the development of the parallel prose.This paper is divided into four parts: The first chapter first sorts out and verifies the circulation of Lu Ji's collections in later generations.Then explore the subject and style of Lu Ji's parallel prose creation,and finally analyze the relationship between the theme of Lu Ji's parallel prose and the origin of his thoughts.The second chapter mainly starts from the stylistic point of view,and discusses the artistic style of Lu Ji's parallel prose by analyzing the structure of the parallel sentences,the use of allusions in the content and the richness and beauty of the language.The third chapter will focus on the analysis of Lu Ji's works such as Pian Fu,Lianzhu Style,and Songti in the context of the development of style.In terms of stylistic functions and expressions,we discuss the innovation of Lu Ji's three styles.The fourth chapter mainly selects three typical periods to study the influence of Lu Ji's parallel prose at that time and later generations,in order to give a more comprehensive and systematic evaluation of the status of Lu Ji's parallel prose.
