Research On The Social Responsibility Performance Of Platform-based Cultural Enterprises From The Perspective Of Confucian Culture

Culture,with its unique spiritual strength,has changed the ideology of society and influenced the development of society.In recent years,the popularity of the Internet has accelerated the dissemination of cultural information.Faced with frequent phenomena including cyberbullying and wrong value-oriented content output,many stakeholders should concern that how to establish a good management and supervision mechanism and improve the level of social responsibility performance of platform-based cultural enterprises.From the perspective of Confucian culture,we not only regulate the implementation of social responsibility of platform-based cultural enterprises with Confucian culture,but also enable platform-based cultural enterprises to export excellent cultural values in their social responsibility performance,thus creating a good industry environment by establishing a model to evaluate the social responsibility performance of platform-based cultural enterprises to stakeholders.This paper first analyzes the characteristics and current situation of social responsibility of platform-based cultural enterprises.And then taking Confucian culture as the point,it finds that Confucian culture has important significance for the performance of corporate social responsibility through the literature review of Confucian culture and social responsibility.What’s more,the social responsibility performance evaluation standard for platform-based cultural enterprises is established on this basis,which includes 4 criteria level indicators and13 scheme level indicators about four major transaction stakeholders including consumers,participants,creditors and employees;3 criteria level indicators and 7 scheme level indicators of three major social stakeholders including environment,community and government.The evaluation matrix was constructed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the social responsibility performance of platform-based cultural enterprises by analyzing the expert scoring results and obtaining the index balance of the criterion layer.Taking Byte Dance as the example,the social responsibility performance score is obtained by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.As a result,it is found that Byte Dance has a good social responsibility performance,which is better than the average in the industry,and its social responsibility performance is of reference significance.The good values of traditional culture are used to regulate the social responsibility performance of platform-based cultural enterprises,so that they can better realize their economic and cultural communication value.
