A Brief Discussion On The Application Of Riffs & Runs In The Full Range Of Contemporary R&B Singers

In the history of vocal music development,the watershed between classical and modern vocal music appeared in the early twentieth century.Firstly,the way of public and private singing changed;secondly,due to the accelerated process of globalization,ethnic singing styles began to merge;and thirdly,the recording and amplification equipment spawned by the electrification revolution completely changed the way of singing.In the field of modern pop music,American pop music formed by a variety of cultural elements is rapidly sweeping the world with unprecedented strength.American pop music has a high degree of ethnic fusion in the singing style and also has a very strong commercial nature.Its most representative genre-R&B rhythm and blues style music works in today's society is more and more popular and loved by the public,due to its works of gorgeous singing voice,in the field of pop music singing more and more widespread attention.As one of the most difficult singing styles in pop music,its representative Riffs & Runs is the main object of analysis in this paper.From the perspective of singing noumenon,this paper analyzes the application of sound transfer technology in the whole range.Firstly,this paper briefly expounds the definition,source and development of R & B rhythm and blues music,as well as the characteristics of this style in singing.Then through some examples of music works,it analyzes how to sing in the whole range,including the conversion of true and false sounds,the rapid running of pitch in the sentence,and the presentation with different singing skills.And summed up the technical points that should be paid attention to when singing.Finally,it summarizes the training methods of voice conversion singing,hoping to play a certain reference role for the standardization of pop music singing,and deliver helpful information for the stage and classroom of the current pop music performance.
