Research On The Ethical Construction Of Rural Governance In My Country In The New Era

The party's 19 th congress report made a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,deeply answered in the new era facing socialism with Chinese characteristics,pointed out the direction for the country,emphasize the importance of rural grass-roots construction,in the process of grass-roots construction,adhere to the autonomy,rule of law,the virtue of governance mode.The village is the basic unit that constitutes the society,and its governance status will directly affect the construction of the national governance system.To effectively promote the process of rural governance,we must take the ethics of rural governance as the starting point and comprehensively carry out the rural revitalization strategy.To analyze the ethical problems of the rural governance in the new era,we should not only find out what the ethical problems of the rural governance are,but also clarify the causes of the rural governance ethics problems,so as to give possible ethical solutions.This paper first explains the concepts of "rural governance","ethical construction" and "new era",analyzes the governance participants,obtains the obstacle factors and causes in the ethical construction of rural governance ethics,and puts forward the solution path from three aspects of value,participants and mechanism.From the value perspective,be people-oriented,pursue rural fairness and justice,create a better rural life,promote the culture of the new era,encourage villagers to participate in governance,improve their moral quality,and build a new ethical community of rural governance.In order to enhance the internal power of the village,improve the rural governance system,realize rural revitalization,advocate the organic combination of etiquette,rule of virtue and rule of law from the perspective of mechanism,and stimulate the vitality of village rules and regulations in the new era.
