With a long history in China,meticulous brushwork with heavy colors has been favored by many painters since ancient times as an indispensable part of Chinese artistic creation.Mineral pigments,as an indispensable material for drawing heavy-color works,are constantly changing along with the development of art.Until now,the research on mineral pigments and fine-brush heavy-color materials is still an important link in artistic creation.This topic with a mineral pigment language as the research core,revolves around the material performance,including heavy variety painting development in China and using the principle,performance characteristics,the theory and practice of research,the purpose is on the basis of research,make materials play a bigger role in claboratestyle,will paint the artistic charm of rose to the height of the painting language,and use,To provide a solid theoretical basis for creation.On the other hand,on the basis of creative practice,the advantages and disadvantages of heavy color materials and light color materials are comprehensively analyzed,and the two painting materials are combined in different degrees,so as to broaden the possibility of meticulous brushwork creation.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction,elaborating the purpose and significance of this research,and the previous research to do a certain sort;The second chapter is the application of mineral pigments in contemporary meticulous brushwork.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of mineral pigments,starting from the tradition and combining the meticulous brushwork of each dynasty,the development of mineral pigments is drawn out,and finally it is settled in the contemporary era.The third chapter is the application of mineral pigment language research in my creative practice,which combines theory with practice,including creative practice and creative induction,trying to use various pigments in practice,and sorting out the findings in the process into theoretical results.The fourth chapter is the conclusion,the summary of the full text and the prospect of the future.The article focuses on the third chapter,taking a specific painting practice as an example,on the basis of preliminary theoretical research,sorting out the creation process,making a case analysis of all kinds of materials used in the creation,and focusing on the selection of materials,the use of methods and practical effects,while showing the work,analysis of the feasibility of pigment selection.It aims to let viewers understand the supporting role of pigments in creation,as well as the unity of creation techniques and the integration of painting materials.In addition,also for the new material and other pigments associated with this work made a preliminary attempt,such as watercolor combined with traditional Chinese painting color performance,light colour at the bottom,covering mineral pigment experiment,clam combined use of titanium white powder and zinc foil production and usage and so on,through the experiment,to put theory into practice guidelines,and the exhibition for the final drawings now.The research of pigment language should start from the concrete practice,in which the function of pigment can be exerted to the maximum extent,and sometimes other unexpected new effects can be produced,which provides certain reference for the later research.In the contemporary meticulous brushwork creation,the choice of materials used by other researchers often fails to fit their creative intention,and the positive role of pigment language in the work cannot be effectively played.The tension and expressiveness of material language will also be covered by techniques.Therefore this study through the specific traditional Chinese painting creation practice,to clear the commonly used traditional Chinese realistic painting light colour pigments and claboratestyle material combining some possibilities,in addition to the theoretical significance but also has a certain practical significance,through the phenomenon to see the nature of the material language,fundamentally solve the problem of creation in the selection of materials,and increase the height of the material language.The above studies can not only provide better services for their own creation,but also provide references for other researchers and artists.
