Research On The Performance Of Human Alienation In Experimental Animation Creation

This paper takes the perspective of social acceleration as the starting point,and discusses how new forms of alienation are manifested in experimental animation.In past experimental animations that presented signs of alienation,the novel forms of alienation expressions are almost never touched upon.On this account,this paper began by demonstrating the advantages of experimental animation in expressing the social phenomenon of alienation.On the one hand,in terms of the subject and content,experimental animations give an concrete description to the otherwise abstract concept of alienation that exerts its influences on human life,and conveys the sentiments of how alienation affects the spiritual level by using expressionistic and surrealistic forms of presentations.On the other hand,in terms of presentation techniques,experimental animation adopts such methods as exaggeration and analogy to expand and highlight the events associated with the new forms of alienation,instilling a more profound sentiment to the audience with respect to the acceleration of alienation.Subsequently,from the narrative and non narrative perspective,this paper expounds the characteristics of innovative narration in experimental animation as it pertains to presenting the events of alienation.For example,the range of considerations in narrative experimental animations,from the restrictions in innovating the themes of alienation,to the advantages of reinforcing the sentiments towards alienation,as well as the particularity of how non-narrative experimental animations can present events of alienation in terms of sensory and psychological experiences.Finally,starting from the forms of shot scene presentations of experimental animations,this paper analyzes in detail the key points of creating experimental animations themed on the social-acceleration-induced new alienation forms,revealing the roles and scenarios of alienation through the scenes presented by the shots taken,explaining how the atmosphere of the situation can be highlighted via the flexible use of montages,and ultimately completing the creation of an experimental animation themed on the new social-acceleration-induced alienation phenomenon.
