| The commentary on novels in the Ming and Qing Dynasties has always been concerned by scholars since its birth.As an important part of the theoretical system of Chinese classical novels,the Ming and Qing novels have a huge influence on the creation of classical novels,the preservation and dissemination of novel texts,and the establishment of novel theories.As far as the evaluation method is concerned,while inheriting the tradition of ancient Chinese literary theory,it is also deeply influenced by the new literary and art trends in the Ming Dynasty.It proposes many new criticism standards and methods,which greatly enriches the content of ancient Chinese literary theory criticism.This article studies Ming and Qing novel criticism from two aspects of novel criticism's external form evolution and internal research methods,hoping to fully understand Ming and Qing novel criticism and provide some inspiration for the current literary criticism theory construction.This content of this thesis is divided into four chapters: the first chapter mainly introduces the ideological background of the rise of Ming and Qing novels' commentary,including the main content of the new ideological trend of literature and art in the Ming dynasty,and the influence of the new ideological trend of literature and art in the Ming dynasty on the intent and method of commenting on novels;the second chapter mainly introduces Ming and Qing novels' evaluation forms include the three stages of the origin of the evaluation forms and the evolution of the form;the third chapter mainly introduces the three main methods used in Ming and Qing's novel critique,including social historical criticism,character image criticism,and grammatical criticism;the fourth chapter clarifies the shortcomings and value of the novel's criticism by reviewing and reflecting on the research of Ming and Qing's novel criticism,as well as its significance and inspiration for the construction of current literary criticism. |
