The Application Of Reading Therapy In The Psychological Counseling Of Children In Sun Village

The health care function of reading has been attracting much attention.Reading is not only the most convenient way to increase knowledge,but also a common choice for people to seek for physical and mental relaxation.Bibliotherapy has become an unconscious self-healing method of the public,and has also attracted the attention of many scholars.After sorting out the research on bibliotherapy,it is found that most of the research subjects of reading therapy in China are college students,and the research objects are mostly aimed at the counseling of current psychological problems such as depression and anxiety.However,compared with the vulnerable groups,there is a lack of research on the psychological counseling of juvenile children of prisoners in particular.The low social attention and recognition of these groups make them more difficult to deal with psychological problems,so they need to pay more attention to psychological counseling.Therefore,the author adopts the methods of observation and interview to summarize the psychological problems encountered by these children,observing and interviewing the children in Sun village,the managers and related volunteers.Representative target children were selected from three aspects:behavioral cognition,emotional management and ideal goal.After the application of individual case intervention of reading therapy,the applicability of reading therapy in children's psychological counseling in Sun village was discussed,and the relevant results were analyzed for reflection.In order to form a long-term,systematic and effective psychological counseling mechanism in the healthy growth of children in Sun village.At the same time,it will provide reference for the further application of bibliotherapy in children's psychological counseling practice in Sun village.
