The Trouble Of "working Girls"

China's urbanization has given birth to a group of "Dagongmei",whose urban-rural mobility has been written into literary works by writers,forming a unique "narrative of Dagongmei".This paper focuses on the common problems in the rural-urban flow of rural women in the new century's "Dagongmei" narrative,and discusses the various difficulties they encounter from the aspects of their motivation,such as,sexual problems,marriage and love,same-sex friends,identity anxiety,and the cause of depravity.Of course,the plight not only refers to the specific embodiment of the plight of "Dagongmei",but also includes the source of the plight and the performance of changing the plight.Among them,women enter the city for various reasons,when they enter the city they are faced with problems such as "Gender Trouble",identity anxiety,physical identity.Moreover,they tried to change the predicament in various ways.On the other hand,they fall into the trap of the city,or voluntarily "sacrifice" the city.From their fate,we can see the mental and physical load imposed by the society on the "Dagongmei" and their self-made barriers make them confined to multiple dilemmas.At the same time,they also sprout or strengthen their female consciousness in the plight of unbearable,showing gratifying changes.Based on this,this paper briefly describes the performance and causes of the plight of "Dagongmei" from both the individual and social levels,and puts forward constructive suggestions on how women can get out of the plight,and to understand the group predicaments,spiritual style and cultural connotation of "Dagongmei" in the transformation period.
