A Comparative Study Of The Imagery Of Urban Landscape Paintings In The Northern Song Dynasty And Contemporary Urban Landscape Paintings

In recent years,painters' exploration and Research on urban landscape painting has expanded the theme of Chinese landscape painting,and its image reflects the times and inevitability,enriching the form and appearance of contemporary landscape painting art creation.Based on the characteristics of urban landscape paintings in the Northern Song Dynasty and the contemporary era,this paper studies the common elements"image" of the two,in order to achieve a deep analysis of the comparative study of ancient and modern urban landscape paintings.Due to the continuous development of the socialization process,the Northern Song Dynasty and the contemporary have shown different external features.A dialectical view of the traditional building boundary painting can correctly understand the urban landscape painting,and then create a new face of the urban landscape painting.In this paper,the Northern Song Dynasty and contemporary urban landscape painting image contrast,looking for the similarities and differences between the two.Their commonness determines the spiritual essence of their expression,and their differences determine their different ways of expression.The former is the same in terms of emotional catharsis or cultural representation of creative works,or the creative method of combining the second nature with the first nature and human activities.The latter is bound to be different due to the change of times and cities.Among them,the commonness between the two is the focus of this paper.In this paper,the characteristics and images of urban landscape painting in the Northern Song Dynasty and contemporary urban landscape painting art works are individually elaborated and summarized,focusing on the interpretation of representative painters' works.The analysis of the image of representative works is helpful for the readers to understand the significance of artists' seeking for different images,and to study the practical significance of the image evolution of ancient and modern urban landscape painting.
