"Focus" In Folk Dance Creation

"Focus" is the key point of research in different disciplines,which has different meanings in different disciplines and plays an important role in its research.Although the term "focus" is not new,but it is relatively rare in the dance creation theory.In the visual art,the focus which means that the focal point of vision and attention.Dance itself as a visual art,it determines that the study of visual focus is essential to dance discipline.Dance creation is one of the basic requirements for the development of dance discipline,so it is more important to focus on Focus technology of dance creation.This paper borrows the concept of focus in visual arts,take the author's creative practice as the starting point,putting focus concept on the dance creation to explore and research,so that we can more clearly understand the relationship between the two,and provide new perspectives for dance choreographers to create folk dance and explore how to make folk dance works with the support of technology and also can be rooted in the folk with more vitality and innovation.
