Research On The Construction Of Smart Hospitals In Tianjin

Smart hospitals is under the background of the new medical reform,at the present stage of the Internet of things,the Internet,blockchain,on the basis of the gradual development of the center,let patients can enjoy concise medical process and high quality medical services,aims to achieve in patients enjoy service time,space within the interval of all behavior and effective interaction between service provision.To implement the hospital intelligent service construction,the key is on the hardware,software upgrade and medical system management change,for patients medical process from outpatient to discharge,multiple aspects of wisdom construction of new hospital construction,to achieve fully realize the purpose of efficient use of information,so as to build the efficient modern wisdom of hospital management and service operation mode.By studying the progress of the implementation of Tianjin smart hospital construction scheme in the medical system,this paper analyzes the effect and existing problems of Tianjin smart hospital construction,and analyzes the causes of the problems based on the review at home and abroad.The research found that the main problems existing in the construction of Tianjin smart hospital are as follows: first,the implementation of the construction main responsibility is not enough,second,there is a deviation in the construction layout,and third,the construction implementation path is not smooth.The reasons are analyzed: first,the construction of smart hospital,second,the lack of special evaluation mechanism,third,the lack of compound professionals,and fourth,the lack of information development.How to solve the problems in the construction of the smart hospitals in Tianjin,through the research,the construction experience,and the countermeasures and suggestions: first,clarify the main responsibility of the construction of smart hospitals,strive to ensure the implementation of measures,second,realize the construction of smart hospital with multiple resources sharing,and strengthen the coordination of social resources,third,build the integrated construction path of smart hospitals,and open up the closed loop of the construction process.
