Discussion On The Law Of Luck Factors In Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:Through collecting and arranging the medical records of the patients with RA(Rheumatoid Arthritis)from January 2018 to December 2020,in order to analyze the Yunqi characteristics of the birth date and the onset time of them,and explore the pathogenic factors of RA.Method : Use Excel to input data and establish data database according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.Enter medical records into this database such as hospital record number,name,sex,date of birth and date of onset,and use SPSS 26.0 software to analyze.Use nonparametric test to analyze the Yunqi factors with the date of birth and the date of onset,and determine whether the Yunqi actual distribution accord with the theoretical distribution,to further define pathogenic factors of RA.Result:1 Gender and Age: 265 patients with RA were collected in this study,including 62 males and203 females,the ratio of male to female was 1:3.27,and the average age was 60.6 ± 14.3years.2 The distribution of the Yunqi in the date of birth: The result of Suiyun distribution showed that the actual distribution of Huoyunbuji?Tuyuntaiguo and Shuiyunbuji did not accord with the theoretical distribution(p<0.05);The result of Sitian and Zaiquan distribution showed that the actual distribution of Shaoyinjunhuo Sitian?Taiyinshitu Sitian and Tianyanghanshui Sitian did not accord with the theoretical distribution(p<0.05);The result of Zhuqi distribution showed that the actual distribution of Jueyinfengmu?Taiyinshitu and Taiyanghanshui did not accord with the theoretical distribution(p<0.05);The result of Keqi distribution showed that the actual distribution of Taiyanghanshui did not accord with the theoretical distribution(p<0.05);The result of Yunqitonghua distribution showed that the actual distribution of Tongsuihui?Tianfu and Tongtianfu did not accord with the theoretical distribution(p<0.05);The result of Yunqiyihua distribution showed that the actual distribution of Buhenian did not accord with the theoretical distribution(p<0.05).3 The distribution of the Yunqi in the date of onset: The result of Zhuqi distribution showed that the actual distribution of Jueyinfengmu did not accord with the theoretical distribution(p<0.05);The result of Keqi distribution showed that the actual distribution of Taiyanghanshui and Yangmingzaojin did not accord with the theoretical distribution(p<0.05).Conclusion:1 The congenital Yunqi pattern with RA includes Shaohuo?Taitu?Shaoshui?Shaoyinjunhuo Sitian-Yangmingzaojin Zaiquan?Taiyinshitu Sitian-Taiyanghanshui Zaiquan?Taiyanghanshui Sitian-Taiyinshitu Zaiquan;on the distribution of Zhuqi,Jueyinfengmu?Taiyinshitu and Taiyanghanshui were congenital factors,on the distribution of Keqi,Taiyanghanshui was congenital factor,on the distribution of Yunqitonghua,Tongsuihui?Tianfu and Tongtianfu were congenital factors,on the distribution of Yunqiyihua,Buhenian was congenital factor.2 The acquired Yunqi pattern with RA includes Zhuqi-Jueyinfengmu,Keqi-Taiyanghanshui and Yangmingzaojin.
