Purpose:Based on the curative effect of spleen-invigorating and expectorating Chinese medicine compound in treating patients with dyslipidemia, correlation analysis was carried out from three aspects: regulating intestinal flora,anti-oxidative stress response and clinical blood lipid indexes. And it has unique advantages in controlling the progress of dyslipidemia-related diseases and risk factors, and it is a practical basic treatment suitable for most people.Material and method:Based on the calculation of the clinical trial dropout rate,we collected 180 cases from the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine University, and finally included 173 people according to the relevant inclusion and exclusion criteria: non-dyslipidemia group, dyslipidemia groupand the group of Chinese Compound medicine. After obtaining the informed consent of the patients, eligible non-dyslipidemia and abnormal patients were enrolled, and the patients with dyslipidemia were randomly assigned to the dyslipidemia group(control group)and Chinese medicine compound treatment group(treatment group).Patients with non-dyslipidemia(blank group)did not be intervened, and the dyslipidemia group(control group)did not be intervened. The treatment group was treated with a Chinese compound medicine for strengthening the spleen and expectorant for 8 weeks. After the trial, the post-treatment effects of the case will be evaluated, including: blood lipid indicators and TCM syndrome assessment(refer to "The People's Republic of China Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Standard-TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Standards";the symptom curative effect standard refers to the use of nimodipine from the "New TCM Clinical Guidelines"(1);The serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels were measured from the Elisa experiment to evaluate the efficacy of lipid peroxidation risk improvement;16s r RNA sequencing technology was used to measure the intestinal flora in feces(Lactobacillus acidophilus, etc.)activity changes, and analyze the diversity and abundance of intestinal flora to comprehensively evaluate the regulation of intestinal flora. The changes in liver function(alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase)and kidney function(serum creatinine, blood urea)before and after treatment with Chinese herbal compound reflect the safety of this test.Use SPSS22.0 to perform statistical analysis on all data, and use two-sided test for statistical test.P?0.05 will be considered statistically significant.Results:1.According to general data, there is no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment group and the control group, and the two are comparable.(P>0.05).2.According to the measurement results of blood lipid indexes, before treatment, the levels of plasma(TC),triglycerides(TG),and low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)in the Chinese medicine compound treatment group were obviously higher than those of high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C).After eight weeks, the effective replacement of the treatment group was81%,and the effective replacement of the replacement was 25.5%.Compared with the replacement reference, the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the Chinese medicine compound treatment group were visibly reduced after treatment, while HDL-C was significantly increased(P<0.05).There was no significant change in the control group.3.TCM symptom score: Compared with the control group, the TCM symptom score of the treatment group improved significantly after 8 weeks(P<0.01).After 8 weeks,,11 patients are ineffective and 47 patients are effective in the treatment group.4.The e Lisa results showed that MDA decreased and SOD content increased after treatment in the treatment group, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Results of 16 s rRNA sequencing of the intestinal flora: after treatment, the species structure of the intestinal flora changed. The species was richer than before, and the diversity of the flora increased. The results are statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of species difference analysis showed that the abundance of Lactobacillus in the intestinal flora of patients in the treatment group increased after 8 weeks(P=0.0306).6.The adverse reactions: There were 6 cases of adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine compound treatment group, including 5 cases of gastric bloating and 1 case of gastric pain.Conclusion:1.The spleen-invigorating and expectorant Chinese medicine compound has a significant effect in treating dyslipidemia. It can reduce triglyceride and cholesterol levels at the same time, improve clinical TCM symptoms related to spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity, and play a comprehensive role in improving various indicators and symptoms of blood lipids;2.Observe the patient's serum antioxidant enzyme level,it can be known that correcting the oxidative stress reaction in the patient can alleviate the occurrence of related risk diseases to a certain extent;3.Chinese herbal compound regulates the intestinal Lactobacillus and indirectly;4.The spleen-invigorating and expectorating Chinese medicine compound is a basic formula suitable for patients with dyslipidemia, which can improve the patient's spleen insufficiency and movement status, which has a wide range of social significance.
