Research On The Distribution Characteristics Of TCM Constitution And Other Influencing Factors In Infertility

Purpose:Using the method of clinical epidemiological investigation to study the constitution of patients with infertility,to find out the distribution characteristics of TCM Constitution Types and predilection constitution of patients with infertility,to explore the correlation between constitution and infertility;at the same time,to explore the relationship between the common causes of infertility and other influencing factors and TCM Constitution of infertility,so as to provide reference for the follow-up treatment and prevention of infertility Students provide theoretical basis.Methods:The patients who met the criteria of diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion were selected and investigated by questionnaire.The relevant data obtained from the survey were entered into EXCEL form,and then the distribution characteristics of constitution types and related clinical data were statistically analyzed by spss23.0 software.Results:1.In 282 cases of infertility patients,primary infertility accounted for 64.54%,secondary infertility accounted for 35.46%.Among the 272 infertility patients who had done relevant examination,84 patients with ovulation related factors were the most common,accounting for30.88%;74 patients with uterine factors,accounting for 27.21%;67 patients with fallopian tube factors,accounting for 24.63%;47 patients with other causes,accounting for 17.28%.2.Among the 282 cases of TCM Constitution,Yang deficiency accounted for the highest proportion(20.21%),followed by qi deficiency(16.31%),Qi Stagnation(15.25%),yin deficiency(12.06%),phlegm dampness(10.99%),peace(9.57%),dampness heat(5.67%),blood stasis(4.96%)and special nature(4.96%).3.There were significant differences in age,course of disease,common causes and TCM Constitution distribution,P < 0.05;there were no significant differences between primary and secondary diseases and TCM Constitution distribution,P > 0.05.4.The incidence rate of ovulation related infertility is negatively correlated with secondary infertility,and the incidence rate of oviduct infertility is positively correlated with secondary infertility.Conclusion:1.Most of the patients with infertility are biased constitution,of which Yang deficiency is the most common,followed by qi deficiency and qi depression.2.The age of infertility patients with different constitution is different,the age of damp heat is relatively small,and the age of yin deficiency is relatively large.3.The duration of different constitution of infertile patients is different.The duration of damp heat syndrome is relatively short,and that of blood stasis syndrome is relatively long.The duration of disease is 1 to 4 years,with Yang deficiency syndrome and Qi deficiency syndrome the most.The duration of disease is 4 to 7 years,with Yang deficiency syndrome and Qi deficiency syndrome the most.The duration of disease is 7 to 12 years,with qi depression syndrome and yang deficiency syndrome the most.4.The most common causes of ovulation related infertility are Yang deficiency,followed by qi deficiency;In Tubal Obstructive Infertility,Yang deficiency is the most common,followed by qi stagnation;The main reason of uterine factor infertility is Qi stagnation,followed by qi deficiency and yang deficiency.5.Correlation between common causes of infertility and other factors: incidence rate of ovulation related infertility is negatively correlated with secondary infertility.The incidence rate of tubal infertility is positively correlated with secondary infertility.
