Purpose:Based on bibliometrics,this paper makes a visual analysis of the literature related to skin photoaging,reveals the development context of this field,finds out the main research institutions and hot people,and predicts the development trend and research hotspots in this field,which provides reference for researchers to select topics.On this basis,aiming at the hot Chinese medicines,it digs out high-frequency Chinese medicines for treating skin photoaging,and explores their potential active ingredients and action mechanism by using network pharmacology and molecular docking method.Materials and Methods:This study is divided into two parts according to the research purpose.Part I: The data mainly come from CNKI,Wanfang Medical Database and Chongqing Weipu Chinese Journal Database.Through the visual analysis and descriptive statistics of the data in journals and doctoral theses related to the field of skin photoaging.The literature on acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis was analyzed by bibliometrics.Using visual software Citespace and VOSviewer,this paper makes co-occurrence analysis on the data of author cooperation,institution cooperation and fund support in this field,and finds out the active scholars and active institutions in this field;Co-occurrence analysis of keywords in this research field is carried out,and research hotspots and development trends in this field are predicted.Descriptive statistical analysis,co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis are mainly used in this study.Part two: the data mainly come from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Medical and other Chinese databases.The active ingredients and corresponding targets of the first six high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines are collected through TCM system pharmacology analysis platform TCMSP and chemistry database,and the disease targets of skin photoaging are downloaded from three database websites: Gene Cards,OMIM and Drugbank.The regulatory network of "traditional Chinese medicine-active ingredient-target" was constructed by using Cytoscape 3.7.2 software,and the intersection target of traditional Chinese medicine and disease was introduced into STRING platform to construct protein-protein interaction network(PPI).GO and KEGG enrichment analysis of core targets was carried out by using software R3.6.0,and the "pathway-target" network diagram of the first 25 KEGG results was drawn.Autodock?vina software was used to verify the molecular docking between active components and target,and the docking results were displayed by Pymol.Results:1.The number of published articles in this field has declined in recent years,but it still maintains a high number of published articles;Papers included in the research are funded by a certain fund,accounting for 30.27% of periodical literature and 11.92% of doctoral and doctoral papers,among which 140 papers and 25 papers are funded by the National Natural Science Fund.231 core journals were included in the research,accounting for 22.28%.Chinese Journal of Cosmetic Medicine,Chinese Journal of Dermatology and chinese journal of dermatovenereology are influential magazines in this field,with 129 articles,66 articles and 40 articles respectively.Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine awarded the most master's degree in the field of skin photoaging,reaching 27;The number of H index journals is 28,and that of doctoral dissertation is 12.2.The research in this field is widely distributed,and there are internal institutions or inter-regional cooperation as well as inter-regional cooperation among research institutions.The main research institution is Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Research institutions are mainly concentrated in the northeast and southeast regions.3.Five author cooperation networks have been formed in this field,which contain many authors,and each cooperation network has its core author team,in addition to a small number of cooperation networks.4.The main treatment methods of skin photoaging research include: Chinese medicine,prescription,acupuncture,moxibustion,intense pulsed light,dot matrix laser,radio frequency,photon rejuvenation,photodynamic therapy,etc.Traditional Chinese medicine is expected to become a hot treatment in TCM,including Gynostemma pentaphyllum,Erigeron breviscapus,Rhodiola rosea,Radix Codonopsis,Radix Astragali,Radix Glycyrrhizae,etc.Intense pulsed light is expected to become a hot treatment in western medicine.The hot subjects were fibroblasts.There are many researches on the factors of skin photoaging caused by UVB and UVB.Signal pathway research and mechanism research will become the research focus.The main research methods include: clinical efficacy observation,animal experiment,review,theoretical discussion,epidemiological investigation,etc.Animal experiment is a hot research method in recent years.Due to the lack of relevant clinical randomized controlled trials,there are few systematic evaluations in this field,and there is also a lack of new research methods such as data mining,knowledge map and network pharmacology.In addition,the research on acupuncture and prescription for this disease is also expected to become a hot spot.5.The first six high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines are Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.,Rhodiola rosea,Astragalus membranaceus,Gynostemma pentaphyllum and Ginseng,with 24,88,3,16,15 and 17 effective components respectively.There are 73 intersecting targets between drug targets and skin photoaging diseases.According to the "traditional Chinese medicine-active ingredient-target" network and PPI network,quercetin,kaempferol,?-carotene,naringenin and ?-sitosterol are the key components for treating skin photoaging,and TP53,AKT1,MAPK3,TNF,VEGFA,JUN,PTGS2 and CASP3 are the top eight core target proteins.It is found that salidroside and ginsenoside Rb1 play an important role in the treatment of skin photoaging.The results of GO and KEGG showed that it mainly involved biological functions such as oxidative stress and reactive oxygen species,and TNF signal pathway and MAPK signal pathway were related to skin photoaging.The results of molecular docking showed that the key active ingredients of the six traditional Chinese medicines were well combined with the targets,and salidroside,ginsenoside Rb1 and quercetin had good affinity with PTGS2,AKT1 and MAPK3.Conclusion:1.In recent years,although the number of articles published in journals in this field and related documents of doctoral and master's papers has decreased slightly,it still keeps a high popularity and has certain research value.2.In terms of periodical literature publication,Chinese Journal of Cosmetic Medicine,Chinese Journal of Dermatology and chinese journal of dermatovenereology are the most influential journals in this field,and they are the main journals with articles.Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has published a large number of dissertations.3.Periodical literature and doctoral dissertations are supported by a certain proportion of funds.It shows that there are a certain number of successful projects in the field of skin photoaging,and a certain proportion of them are funded by state-level funds,which shows that the research in this field is gradually valued by the state.4.According to the H index,the quality of periodical literature is generally high,and the high-quality papers of doctoral and master's papers are relatively lacking.5.In terms of institutional cooperation,scientific research institutions in this field have good cooperation across regions and institutions.Among them,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has the most extensive cooperation in the field of skin photoaging,while Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University,Nanjing Medical University,China Medical University and Shanghai Jiaotong University are more active institutions.6.In terms of team cooperation,Wu Jingdong's team from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Zhang Ning's team from Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Lai Wei's team from Sun Yat-sen University,Liu Zhongrong's team from Guangzhou Military Region General Hospital and Bi Bo's team from Fudan University will probably be active in the field of skin photoaging research in the next few years.7.In the direction of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,Gynostemma pentaphyllum,Erigeron breviscapus,Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.and Rhodiola rosea will probably become research hotspots.Taohong Siwu Decoction will become the research hotspot of prescription.Acupuncture at Zusanli will become a research hotspot of acupuncture.In the direction of western medicine treatment,intense pulsed light and dot-matrix laser will become research hotspots in this field.Autophagy and metformin are new western medicine treatment methods in recent years,which provide a new scientific treatment method for this disease.P38 MAPK signal pathway will become a research hotspot,and ER/TGF-?1/Smad3 signal pathway is expected to become a new signal pathway in recent years.Clinical curative effect observation,review and animal experiment research will become the research hotspots in scientific research methods,while new research methods such as system evaluation,knowledge map,data mining and network pharmacology are relatively lacking.8.Quercetin,kaempferol,?-carotene,naringenin and ?-sitosterol are the key components in the treatment of skin photoaging.TP53,AKT1,MAPK3,TNF,VEGFA,JUN,PTGS2 and CASP3 are the top eight core target proteins.Salidroside and ginsenoside Rb1 play an important role in the treatment of skin photoaging..9.The key active components of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.,Rhodiola rosea,Astragalus membranaceus,Gynostemma pentaphyllum,and Panax ginseng all have good binding with the target,and salidroside,ginsenoside Rb1,quercetin have good affinity with PTGS2,AKT1,MAPK3.10.TNF signaling pathway and MAPK signaling pathway are related to skin photoaging,and they are the most studied pathways.11.This study found that high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine is involved in the treatment of skin photoaging through multi-target and multi-pathway,which provides new ideas for further studying the molecular mechanism and clinical application of its treatment of skin photoaging.
