Research On The Medication Rules Of Five Types Of Coronary Heart Disease With Phlegm And Blood Stasis Combined With Syndrome Based On Literature Data Mining

Purpose:This article excavated the literature on the treatment of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis in the past ten years,and explored the medication rules of the five most common syndromes of phlegm and blood stasis in coronary heart disease,with a view to clinical treatment of coronary heart disease.Syndicate and clip the card to provide medication ideas.Materials and methods: Using China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)electronic journal database,search the relevant treatment literature of coronary heart disease from 2010-01-01 to 2020-9-30.Establish inclusion and exclusion criteria,screen out qualified literature,download and extract drug information in literature,establish a database,standardize the data for drug names,and standardize the data processing,use the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform V3.0" for the most common The five types of syndromes are used to analyze the medication frequency,four qi,five flavors,and meridian medication rules,and the medication rules between different syndrome types are compared.Through clustering and association analysis methods,the rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of five types of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis and syndromes combined are discovered.Result:1 General analysis of documents: 1553 documents were retrieved,and 120 documents were finally screened out,including 131 articles.2 Syndrome distribution characteristics: The literature involves 11 types of combined syndromes,with a total of 152 frequencies.57 times(37%)of combined qi deficiency syndrome,22 times of combined qi and yin deficiency(14%),combined qi stagnation syndrome 16 times(11%),combined heat syndrome 14 times(9%),combined yang deficiency syndrome 14 times(9%),combined with poison syndrome 11 times(7%),combined with spleen deficiency 7 times(5%),combined with kidney deficiency 7 times(5%),combined with cold coagulation 2 times(1%),combined with blood deficiency 1 time (1%)),Jianfeng 1 time(1%).The highest frequency is the mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis with Qi deficiency syndrome,Qi and Yin deficiency,Qi stagnation syndrome,heat syndrome,and Yang deficiency syndrome.3 Analysis of the rule of medication: Among the 131 prescriptions,the top ten drugs with frequent occurrences are: Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Fructus Trichosanthis,Radix Astragali,Pinellia ternata,Scallion White,Ligusticum Chuanxiong,Licorice,Poria,Safflower,Red Peony.Among the different combined syndromes,the top 5 medicines with frequency are: combined qi deficiency syndrome: Danshen,Astragalus,Gualou,Pinellia,Scallion White,Chuanxiong,combined with Qi and Yin deficiency syndromes: Danshen,Gualou,Astragalus,Pinellia,Pinellia,Scallion white,and Qi stagnation syndrome: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Gualou,Scallion white,Ligusticum chuanxiong,safflower,and heat syndrome: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Coptis,Red peony root,Pinellia ternata,Gualou,Yang deficiency syndrome: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Scallion white,Pinellia,Gualou,Guizhi.From the point of view of efficacy: the most commonly used for the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis combined with the syndrome is tonic drugs(347 times,23.75%),followed by activating blood and removing blood stasis drugs(300 times,20.53%),and regulating qi(188times,12.87)%),resolving phlegm,relieving cough and relieving asthma(163 times,11.16%),clearing away heat(118 times,8.08%),relieving surface(75 times,5.13%),diuresis and dampness(61,4.18%),soothing Class(38 times,2.06%),Pinggan Xifeng(37 times,2.53%)and Dispelling rheumatism(32 times,2.19%).The least are diarrhea drugs.Different phlegm and blood stasis syndromes are treated with different medicines: patients with Qi deficiency,Qi and Yin deficiency,and Yang deficiency syndromes have the most tonic drugs and blood activating and removing blood stasis drugs;patients with Qi stagnation syndrome use activating blood to remove blood stasis.He Qi regulating medicine is the most;patients with concurrent heat syndrome use the most medicines for clearing away heat and promoting blood circulation and removing stasis.Four aspects of Qi: In the treatment of patients with phlegm and blood stasis associated with Qi deficiency,Qi and Yin deficiency,Qi stagnation,and Yang deficiency,the clinically used traditional Chinese medicines showed the characteristics of mildness>coldness>flatness>coolness>hotness.The distribution law of the drug properties,in the treatment of patients with heat syndrome,the trend of drug use is cold> warm> flat>cool> hot.Five flavor analysis: Qi deficiency and clamping syndrome: bitter> sweet> pungent> acid>salty,Qi and Yin deficiency and clamping syndrome: sweet> bitter> pungent> acid> salty,Qi stagnation syndrome and clamping syndrome: bitter> pungent> sweet> sour > Salty,combined with heat syndrome: bitter> pungent> sweet> sour> salty,Yang deficiency combined with syndrome: sweet> bitter> pungent> acid> salty.Analysis of medication return meridian: Among the medicines used in the treatment of patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,the Chinese medicine belonging to the lung meridian is the most(18.86%),followed by the spleen meridian(17.35%),the heart meridian(16.74%),and the liver in descending order.Meridian(15.00%),stomach Meridian(14.24%).In the syndrome of combined qi deficiency and qi and yin deficiency: enter the lung,spleen,and heart meridian most;in the syndrome of combined qi stagnation: enter the liver,heart,and lung meridian most;in the syndrome of combined yang deficiency: enter the lung,heart,and spleen meridian most;In the concurrent heat syndrome: the heart,liver,and lung meridians are the most.Correlation analysis of core medication: For the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis and Qi deficiency: set the condition to support 11 and confidence ?60%,obtain 79 combinations of14 medicines,and construct a core medication network: core medication Including Astragalus,Scallion White,Pinellia,Trichosanthes,Safflower,Salvia,Chuanxiong,Poria,Red Peony,Atractylodes,Codonopsis,Angelica,Guizhi,Tangerine Peel.The most commonly used drug pairs are: Danshen + Astragalus,Danshen + Gualou,Danshen + Scallion White,Danshen +Pinellia.The combination with 100% confidence is Angelica ? Astragalus,Danshen,Angelica ? Astragalus,Chuanxiong,Angelica ?
