In the field of dental implant,pre-implant planning is of great significance,which directly affects the outcome of implant surgery.The automatic simulated dental implant system based on CBCT data and 3D dental model scan data provides a calculation method of missing tooth parameters,which can greatly improve the efficiency of implant planning and the success rate of surgery.A semi-automatic planting parameter visualization method is also provided to enhance the flexibility and operability of the system.In view of the low efficiency of implant planning at present,this paper proposes a missing tooth parameter calculation method based on CBCT data and 3D tooth modulus data.Firstly,basic 3D reconstruction operation is carried out on CBCT data,while surface data separation is performed on the tooth mold scan data to obtain the crown part.Then we use EICP algorithm of CBCT data and 3D dental scanning data for registration,based on the crowns of the separated data calculation teeth surface outstanding points,and find the occlusal plane,a typical anatomical translational distance,get the tooth neck plane.Then we use non-uniform b-spline curve interpolation algorithm to calculate the missing tooth position.According to the characters of symmetry and the similarity of adjacent teeth axial target tooth independent dental crowns,and root using principal component analysis(PCA)were calculated,respectively long axis and the axial root length axis,it conforms to repair oriented operation concept,can greatly improve the success rate of implant surgery.Finally,the fusion point calculation method for the long axis and root axis of the missing tooth crown and root proposed by us based on the dental arch line was used to obtain the optimal fusion position,and the axial fusion of the missing tooth crown and root was fine-adjusted to obtain the final required implant position,axial and abutment axial parameters.A series of experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper greatly improves the feasibility and accuracy of implant planning scheme.In order to show the above automatic estimation of missing tooth parameters in an interactive visual interface for the convenience of users,we proposed a semi-interactive visualization method of implant parameters.Firstly,the implant library was constructed by referring to Straumann’s ITI dental implant system,and the restoration library was also established.The base was set as a cylinder with a height of 4mm and the same diameter as the selected implant,which could be rotated according to the angle parameters.Secondly,we provide visualization of the crown of the tooth.Dental restoration is the choice of using FDI,the lack of a method of marking fang a number,serial number and restoration automatically find missing tooth bit corresponding restoration,then use our proposed restoration based on dental arch line scale calculation method,the missing tooth scaling a corresponding restoration model,and according to the base station center axial place restoration and scaling.Finally,the position and direction of the implant and the direction of the abutment calculated by the automatic simulated implant method proposed by us are correlated to display.If the plan does not meet the requirements of the doctor,the final implant plan can be obtained through fine-tuning to achieve the optimal effect.The experiments show that the visualization method of planting parameters improves the planning efficiency and the friendliness of system use. |
