Objective: To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture "Ashi" on the microinjury of quadriceps femoris in EIMD rats and the effect on the signal pathway of pi3k/akt/mtor.Methods: 54 SD male SPF Rats of 8 weeks old were randomly divided into exercise acupuncture group(EA group),simple exercise group(E group),blank control group(Group C),and divided into 0,48 h and 72 h group according to different models,6 rats in each group.The model was made by "one-off heavy load exercise",and the centrifugal running table was completed in Group E and EA,and group C did not intervene.EA group was treated with electroacupuncture for 20 minutes after model making.The general condition of rats,he staining,the changes of skeletal muscle histomorphology,the level of serum CK by ELISA,the expression of Pax7,Myo D,PI3 K,Akt and m TOR in quadriceps femoris were detected by WB method.Spss19.0 was used to process the experimental data.result:1.General observation: the motor ability of rats in Group E and EA group decreased significantly after model building,the respiration was uneven,the skin hair was moist,and the limbs were slightly swollen occasionally.After acupuncture treatment,the recovery of EA group was better than that of group E.2.He staining: the muscle fibers of group C were arranged in order,and there was no significant difference.The inflammatory cells infiltration was obvious in the E0 group and ea0 group,and some myofibrils were disordered.The whole EA group was better than that in group E.The inflammatory cell infiltration and myofibrillation disorder in E48 group were recovered before,while that of ea48 group was reduced,myofibril arrangement disorder was recovered before,EA group was better than group E.In the e72 group,inflammatory cell infiltration was rare,myofibrils were basically restored,and the muscle fibers in ea72 group were normal.3.The changes of content: CK concentration in E group and EA group reached peak after model building,decreased after 48 hours,and almost approached group C level at 72 h,and EA group decreased more obviously than group E.The serum CK concentration of ea48 group was significantly lower than that of E48 group(P<0.05).4.Western blot test results:(1)Pax7,Myo D expression: compared with group C,e In the other groups,the expression of Pax7 and Myo D protein in the quadriceps of the other groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with group C,the expression of Pax7 and Myo D in the four head muscles of ea0 and ea48 groups was significantly increased(P<0.05);compared with the exercise group,the expression of Pax7 and Myo D in the four head muscles of the rats in the group of ea0 and ea48 was significantly higher than that in the exercise acupuncture group(P < 0.05)The expression of Pax7 and Myo D protein was increased in the tissues,which was significantly different(P < 0.05).(2)The expression of pi3k/akt/mtor signal pathway protein: the expression of PI3 K,Akt and m TOR: compared with the same time in group C,the expression of signal pathway protein in each phase of exercise group,ea0 group and ea48 group were significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0.05),and the expression of protein in ea0 group and ea48 group were significantly higher than that in E0 group and E48 group(P Ea72 group(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.The effect of electroacupuncture on EIMD model rats was effective.2.The electro-needle may promote the repair of motorized skeletal muscle micro-injury by increasing the expression of Pax7,Myod protein and PI3k/Akt/m TOR signaling path protein in quadriceps tissue...
