| In the past year,the world has been plagued by the COVID-19.In this situation,while humans are reflecting on those health issues,the discussions on the international health legal system are becoming more and more heated.There are no borders against the virus.The practical experience has proven that the global anti-epidemic cooperation demonstrates the courage and wisdom of mankind in the face of a common enemy.Only under a sound international cooperation mechanism and legal framework can countries around the world form an effective response to the epidemic.The international health legal system provides a systematic framework for humans to fight the epidemic together,and it also provides new research materials for the research and development of contemporary international law.This article takes the international health legal system and its response strategies in response to the COVID-19 as the research object.This paper research on the historical evolution of the international health system and contemporary international health cooperation mechanisms,including the operation of the World Health Organization,the prevention and control of related diseases,and the application under COVID-19.It also analyzes the deficiencies in the international health system embodied in the new crown epidemic from various aspects such as international health law itself,social development,and environmental issues.This article believes that there is still some spaces for optimization of the international health system,promoting the transformation of soft health law into "customary international law",accelerating the formulation and integration of international health development,and promoting the sharing of global vaccines anti-COVID-19.and other diagnostic and treatment measures,which is the most important thing to strengthen countries’ response to those risks.The core capacity of this is a permanent cure for the new crown epidemic and other epidemic diseases. |
