The ring-forming reaction is one of the most important and popular reactions in organic chemistry.Among many heterocyclic compounds,five-membered aza compounds occupy a very important position,and are even called"privileged"compounds.Isoxazoles were a kind of heterocyclic compounds with a unique chemical structure,which has a wide range of biological and pharmaceutical activities,and has a very broad application prospect in medicine,pesticides and organic synthesis.This thesis mainly studies the synthesis method of1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction between chlorinated oxime and phenylacetylene under the cesium carbonate condition to construct 3,5-disubstituted isoxazole derivatives,the structure was characterized by the 1HNMR,13CNMR et al.The synthesis method has the characteristics of simple operation,mild conditions,high yield and free metal catalyst.
