To Explore The Mechanism Of Traditional Chinese Medicine To Promote The Healing Of Diabetic Wounds From Schwann Cells And Vascular Endothelial Cells

Objective: Based on Schwann cells and vascular endothelial cells,the mechanism of Wenyang Shengji ointment in promoting diabetic wound repair was explored from the aspects of nerve repair and angiogenesis.Objective to investigate whether Wenyang Shengji ointment can promote the recovery of peripheral nerves and the angiogenesis of peripheral microvessels in diabetic wounds by up regulating the survival rate of Schwann cells and the content of vascular endothelial cells,so as to make the wounds heal.Methods: 45 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:blank group,Wenyang Shengji ointment group and beifuxin group,with 15 rats in each group.Diabetic model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of single dose of streptozotocin,and then anesthetized with 3% Pentobarbital to prepare the full-thickness dorsal defect model.After the model was established,the blank group was not given medication,the Wenyang Shengji ointment group was applied with Wenyang Shengji ointment,and the beifuxin group was applied with beifuxin.On the 7th,14 th,21th day after membrane formation,the related indexes were detected:skin wound healing evaluation,Schwann cell survival rate,vascular endothelial cell content.After data screening and preprocessing,the corresponding results were obtained by statistical methods.Results: Evaluation of skin wound healing: the wound healing of Wenyang Shengji ointment group was the best,followed by beifuxin group.Survival rate of Schwann cells: the survival rate of Schwann cells and b FGF group in Wenyang Shengji ointment group was higher than that in blank group on the14 th and 21 st day after modeling,and the survival rate of Schwann cells in Wenyang Shengji ointment group was higher than that in b FGF group on the14 th and 21 st day after modeling.MVD value of Wenyang Shengji ointment group and b FGF group was higher than that of blank group on the 7th and14 th day after modeling,and MVD value of Wenyang Shengji ointment group was higher than that of b FGF group,MVD value of Wenyang Shengji ointment group was higher than that of blank group on the 21 st day after modeling(MVD value represents the content of vascular endothelial cells).Conclusion: Wenyang Shengji ointment can promote the repair of diabetic wound by repairing peripheral nerve and promoting peripheral microvascular regeneration,and can promote the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine,further improve the quality of life of patients with diabetic ulcer and reduce medical expenditure.
