Observation Of Curative Effect Of Juzao Pills Combined With Surgery In The Treatment Of Early Cervical Cancer With Damp-heat Accumulation Syndrome

Objective: To verify the effectiveness and safety of Juzao Pills by observing the clinical therapeutic effect of Juzao Pills in the treatment of patients with cervical cancer with damp-heat accumulation syndrome after early cervical cancer surgery,and to explore new ways of treating cervical cancer with Chinese medicine.Methods: According to the random number table method,60 cases of early cervical cancer patients with damp-heat accumulation and syndromes that meet the inclusion criteria will be collected,and they were divided into the study group and the control group with 30 cases each.The control group underwent an operation plan,and the study group was given Juzao pills orally on the basis of the operation plan.After 4 courses of treatment,the serum VEGF and SCC-Ag levels of the two groups were compared and analyzed before treatment and after the first and fourth courses of treatment,changes in TCM syndrome scores and QOL-UCC scores,and make a note of the toxic and side effects,as well as side effects during treatment.Enter the collected data into an Excel table to establish a database,SPSS25.0software was used to analyze the statistics.Results:(1)Before treatment,the general information(age,tumor size,FIGO stage,etc.)of the two groups of patients were of not statistically significance(P > 0.05),the follow-up records of all patients are complete,and the two groups of subjects are comparable.(2)Serum VEGF and SCC-Ag levels: The serum VEGF and SCC-Ag levels of the two groups of patients decreased in different degrees on the 7th day after surgery,but the difference between the two was not statistically significant;the third month and the sixth postoperative day The serum VEGF and SCC-Ag values of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)TCM Syndrome Scores and Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy: After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased in different extent,and the TCM syndrome scores of the study group decreased significantly.Further comparison between groups shows that the TCM syndrome score of patients with locally advanced cervical cancer is still higher than that of patients with early cervical cancer after treatment,but there is no difference in the decline in TCM syndrome scores of patients with early and locally advanced cervical cancer.(4)Quality of life assessment table: After treatment,the QOL-UCC score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,but it did not show statistical significance.Conclusion:(1)Juzao Pills can reduce serum VEGF and SCC-Ag levels in patients with cervical cancer,inhibit the growth of tumor cells,improve clinical efficacy,and are expected to reduce the recurrence rate of cervical cancer;(2)Juzao Pills can improve the QOL-UCC score of cervical cancer patients,effectively improve the clinical symptoms of cervical cancer patients,improve the quality of life,and have less toxic and side effects;(3)The program of Juzao Pills combined surgery is more superior than surgery alone to treat cervical cancer,but the long-term recurrence rate and survival rate of Juzao pill for cervical cancer patients still need to be explored and further compared.
