Objective: To observe the effect of Blaspheme method on the expression of Fibronectin and CTGF in rabbits with blunt injury of skeletal muscle in tissue mechanization stage.Methods: Thirty adult New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into blank control group and model control group and manipulation treatment group,10 cases in each group.The manipulation treatment group was given model making and treatment,the model control group was given modeling and without treatment,and the blank control group was not made model and treatment.Executed after 3 days of treatment,the muscle tissue was taken from the injured area of quadriceps femoris,and the tissue morphology was observed by HE.The changes of Fibronectin and CTGF before and after treatment were detected by Western-Blot and counted in parallel,Learning and analysis.Results:1.The results of Histomorphological observation showed that compared with the blank control group,the muscle fibers in the model control group were more damaged and serious than those in the manipulation treatment group,in which irregular connective tissue was filled.Compared with the model control group,the new muscle fibers and neovascularization in the manipulation treatment group were more obvious,and the inflammatory cells were more obvious than those in the model control group.2.The results of Protein content test showed that Compared with the blank control group,the model control group expression of Fibronectin and CTGF in skeletal muscle tissue after blunt injury were significantly increased(P< 0.05).Compared with the model control group,the manipulation treatment group expression of Fibronectin and CTGF in skeletal muscle tissue after blunt injury were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Rolling was used to intervene the tissue mechanization stage of blunt injury of skeletal muscle in rabbits,It can help to repair the damaged skeletal muscle morphologically.2.Rolling can inhibit the gene expression of Fibronectin?CTGF in the repair of injury process of skeletal muscle and promote the repair of blunt injury of skeletal muscle.
