Objective:(1)To understand the current situation of unmet needs and quality of life of breast cancer survivors.(2)To analyze the related factors affecting the unmet needs and quality of life of breast cancer survivors.(3)To explore the relationship between unmet needs and quality of life in breast cancer survivors. Methods:Cluster random sampling method was adopted to select breast cancer survivors who completed the main treatment from May2020 to November 2020 in the national cancer hospitals, and 9 cancer hospitals in Hunan,Guangxi,Beijing,Jiangxi,Henan,Guizhou,Guangdong,Xinjiang and Zhejiang were finally determined by using random number table method. We used the General Information Questionnaire, the Breast Cancer Survivor Unmet Needs Scale(CSPro-BC),and the Breast Cancer Patient Qua lity of Life Scale(FACT-B)to complete the survey.Data was collected using a questionnaire star system.IBM SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for statistical description of the data, two independent samples t test,one-way analysis of variance, multiple linear regression analysis, and Pearson correlation analysis.Results:(1)The total scores of unmet needs of breast cancer survivors were(170.82±39.06),including(65.09±20.83)in symptom burden dimension,(41.61±8.91)in functional status dimension,(7.49±2.14)in health behavior dimension,(9.69±4.47)in economic burden dimension,and(50.39±11.89)in health care skill seeking dimension.Multiple linear regression analysis results show that survival period, education level, work status, occupation, mon thly family income, payment method, treatment method and family genetic history were the influencing factors of unmet needs of breast cancer survivors(P < 0.05),which accounted for 42.8% of the total variation.(2)The overall quality of life score of breast cancer survivors was(94.64±20.08).The scores of physiological status dimension were(22.13±5.61),social family dimension was(15.48±5.53),emotional status dimension was(16.98±4.45),functional status dimension was(15.34±5.91),and additional attention dimension was(24.71±6.05).Multiple linear regression analysis results show that survival time, family monthly income, payment method, pathological stage and treatment method were the influencing factors of quality of life of breast cancer survivors(P < 0.05),which accounted for 26.6% of the total variation.(3)Pearson correlation analysis results showed that the total score of unmet needs in breast cancer survivors was negatively correlated with the total score of quality of life(r=-0.815,P < 0.001).Conclusion:(1)The unmet needs of breast cancer survivors were at a medium level, and the influencin g factors were survival period, education level, working status, occupation, monthly family income, payment method, treatment method, and family ge netic history.(2)The quality of life of breast cancer survivors was in the middle level.Survival period, monthly family income, payment method, pathological stage and treatment method were the independent influencing factors of the quality of life of bre ast cancer survivors.(3)There is a negative correlation between the unmet needs of breast cancer survivors and the quality of life,so all the needs of breast cancer survivors should be met to improve the quality of life.
