Research On The Construction And Application Of Subject Evaluation Model In Research Hospitals

Starting from the connotation concept of discipline construction and using the viewpoint of system theory,this paper summarizes the connotation characteristics of discipline construction in research hospitals.On the basis of comprehensive summary and analysis of the evaluation index system and its characteristics of various medical disciplines at home and abroad,the evaluation index system of discipline in research hospitals is constructed to promote the double development of research hospitals in China.The construction of first-class discipline development.Document retrieval and analysis were carried out on the relevant medical subject evaluation theory and index system at home and abroad,and the theoretical framework of this study was constructed based on the learning of system theory.The fourth round of subject evaluation index system of Ministry of Education,ESI subject evaluation index system,soft science subject evaluation index system and Hubei subject evaluation index system are sorted out,and the index system with higher frequency is selected to construct the initial index system.Twenty experts were selected to consult the initial index system and determine the final index and the weight of each index.Finally,a third-class A hospital in Hubei Province was selected as a case to collect relevant data.The evaluation index system developed in this study was used to evaluate the various subjects of the hospital.Based on the evaluation results,the index system was improved and the guidance suggestions for subject construction were put forward.The subject evaluation index system constructed in this study consists of three levels of indicators,including five first-level indicators: talent and echelon construction,subject support platform,scientific research level,medical and social services,Fudan ranking;nine second-level indicators: talent construction,talent training,echelon construction,support platform,scientific research achievements,etc.Scientific research projects,general level of medical treatment,subject orientation and characteristics,characteristics and contributions of social services,Fudan ranking;14 three-level indicators: leading personnel,academic posts,personnel training,echelon building,key laboratories,bases,centers,platforms,general level of medical treatment,subject direction and characteristics,social service characteristics and characteristics Contribution,Fudan ranking.This index system was used to evaluate the internal medicine department,operation department and medical technology department of a certain hospital in Hubei Province.From the evaluation results,the departments ranked first are the key subjects at the national level,and are also the traditional dominant subjects of the hospital.The evaluation results are in good agreement with the actual situation,which verifies the scientific and effective evaluation index system of hospital subjects constructed in this study.Through subject evaluation,weaknesses of various subjects are also found in different aspects,which has certain reference value for guiding the precise improvement and construction of subjects.As far as hospitals are concerned,subject evaluation is the "baton" to guide the construction of hospital departments.It evaluates each department hierarchically and classifiedly through subject evaluation,allocates limited resources according to the results,distributes high-quality medical resources to superior and characteristic disciplines,promotes the development of disciplines,and rapidly promotes the core competitiveness of hospitals.For departments,through the construction of subject evaluation index system,department directors can be guided to pay attention to the key points and requirements of hospital discipline construction,find the right direction in the process of promoting discipline construction,vigorously develop the characteristic direction with advantages,and constantly improve the construction level of their respective disciplines.As far as talent training is concerned,subject evaluation can guide the discipline how to build a high-tech,reasonable knowledge structure,age structure and academic structure of excellent talent echelon,so as to realize the synchronous development and sustainable development of talent training and discipline construction.
