This article focuses on the current status and controversies of medical intervention in ADHD,appliesFoucault's power,knowledge,and other related theories to analyze the origin and influence of the theoretical thinking of "social medicalization" and uses the new design methodology of“speculativedesign" to develop Reflection and Practice of "Social Medicalization".In the graduation design,through the contemporary reconstruction of the image of“Ne Zha”,I expressed my concern for thesituation and future of“youth and nephew”under the trend of deep medicalization of the society,and paid attention to the shadow zone behind the endless progress of technology.And doubts about where the continuing and universal medicalization of human society will eventually go.
