The black soil region of Northeast China is an important grain-Producing area in my country. The formation and development of eroded ditch on sloping farmland has brought challenges to agricultural development. This Pa Per takes the erosion ditch of gentle slope cultivated land in the black soil area of Yanshou County,Harbin City,Heilongjiang Province as the research object, and systematically investigates the erosion ditch A1(shallow ditch),A2(small ditch)and A3(medium ditch)with different development degrees. The Purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics of soil nutrients and soil enzymes in eroded gully with different development levels, and to Provide basic data and scientific basis for future research on the development law and control measures of eroded gully in black soil area. The results of the study are as follows:(1)The formation and development of eroded ditch resulted in the decrease of soil content and enzyme activity in the 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm soil layers of the ditch slope and ditch bottom in different Parts. The soil nutrient content and soil enzyme activity in the eroded trenches with different development degrees were significantly lower than those in the control in the 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm soil layers. The soil nutrient content and soil enzyme activity were not constant with the increase of depth in the slo Pe and bottom of each Part of the ditch.(2)With the development of eroded gully and the intensification of erosion degree, soil nutrient content and enzyme activity generally showed a lower trend at the head of the gully.Compared with the control, soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities at the head, middle and tail of eroded ditch with different development levels were decreased and the difference was significant.(3)The soil nutrient content and enzyme activity in the eroded trench with different development levels showed a decreasing trend.Compared with the control, the content of organic matter in the soil layers at different depths of A1,A2 and A3decreased by 33.84% to 66.18%;the total nitrogen content of the soil decreased by25.21% to 48.88%;the total Phosphorus content decreased by 18.33% to 37.86%;the total Potassium content decreased by 10.92% to 10.92%.28.14%;the content of alkaline hydrolyzable nitrogen decreased by 9.25% to 55.52%;the content of available Phosphorus decreased by 29.02% to 54.05%;the content of available Potassium decreased by 5.67% to 49.25%.The intensification of development showed a decreasing trend.Compared with the control, the activities of alkaline phosphatase at different depths in the A1,A2 and A3 trenches decreased by 35.44% to 81.48%;the activity of urease decreased by 18.46% to 57.33%;the activity of invertase decreased by 24.51% to45.20%;the activity of catalase decreased by 22.91% to 54.61%,and the overall order of soil enzyme activity was A1>A2>A3,and it showed a decreasing trend with the development of erosion gully. The overall decrease of soil nutrient content and enzyme activity in A1 ditch was the smallest, and the overall decrease in A3 ditch was the largest. In summary, with the development and expansion of eroded trenches and the intensification of water erosion, soil nutrient content and soil enzyme activities tended to decrease.
