| Paper mulberry(Broussonetia papyrifera)is a kind of deciduous tree widely distributed in East Asia.It has high protein content and rich flavonoids, which can be used as feed for feeding and can enhance animal resistance.Normally,to feed the paper mulberry processing, select silage modulation way,but as a result of paper mulberry with adherent lactic acid bacteria, low water-soluble carbohydrate content features less make it hard for paper mulberry silage success. In order to explore the appropriate amount of substrate for fermentation of paper mulberry silage and the addition form of lactic acid bacteria,we conducted two experiments. In Experiment 1,we mixed corn flour with paper mulberry silage and set four treatment groups: CK(adding 0 corn flour),P97(adding 3% corn flour),P94(adding6% corn flour)and P91(adding 9% corn flour). To investigate the differences in nutrient composition, fermentation quality, dry matter digestibility(DMD),rumen gas production(GP),aerobic stability and microbial community among groups of paper mulberry silage. In Experiment 2,based on Experiment 1,the most suitable corn flour addition ratio P94 was screened out,and then the inoculation silage test was carried out with Lactobacillus rhamnosus BDy and Lactobacillus buchneri TSy.The treatment groups were P94-NA(without inoculation of bacterial agent),P94-LR(inoculation of Lactobacillus rhamnosus BDy),P94-LB(inoculation of Lactobacillus buchneri TSy)and P94-MI(inoculation of both Lactobacillus rhamnosus BDy and Lactobacillus buchneri TSy).Nutrient composition, fermentation quality,DMD,GP,aerobic stability and microbial community of silage mulberry were also analysed. The main conclusions of the experiment are as follows:Experiment 1: Adding corn flour significantly increased dry matter content,DMD and GP in vitro(P<0.05),the contents of crude protein, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were significantly decreased(P<0.05);When adding beyond 3% corn meal silage, the p H of the silage was lower than 4.20.Lactobacillus pentosus were the bacteria that had an important effect on the fermentation of the silage.Corn flour supplementation had a significant effect on the aerobic stability of paper mulberry silage, and the aerobic stability of P94 group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).Considering the nutritional quality, fermentation quality and feeding quality of paper mulberry silage, the fuzzy membership function method was used to screen out the highest fraction P94,that is,adding 6% corn flour was the optimal adding proportion of paper mulberry for silage.Experiment 2: The inoculation of lactic acid bacteria reduced the ammonia nitrogen(AN)and inhibited the protein degradation, and effectively preserved the crude protein(P<0.05),but had no significant effects on the contents of dry matter, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber and ash(P>0.05).P94-LR significantly increased the content of lactic acid in silage conformational structure(P<0.05),the content of lactic acid in P94-MI was significantly lower than that in other groups(P<0.05),and the content of propionic acid in P94-LB was significantly higher than that in P94-LR and P94-MI(P<0.05).GP of P94-MI was significantly higher than that of P94-LR and P94-LB(P<0.05);Lactobacillus rhamnosus BDY inoculated alone was in a dominant position in the competition of lactobacillus silage population, but its content would decrease after mixed inoculation, while Lactobacillus brchneri TSY inoculated alone could not form dominant bacteria, but its content increased after mixed inoculation. We recommend mixed inoculation of the two agents in the silage process to obtain good aerobic stability and efficient inhibition of protein degradation. |
