In the process of theoretical research,the corn six-pot biomass seedling tray based on lignin bonding characteristics is naturally cooled after heating the mold through electromagnetic induction coil.This heating and cooling method meets the needs of theoretical research,but is far from the actual production,and the natural cooling time is lengthy.In order to realize the forming mechanism of the seedling plate with the new technology,enhance the temperature uniformity and reduce the time of making the plate.By looking at the Chinese and foreign literature,the system summarizes the current research of heating cooling mould,detailed interpretation of the working principle and characteristics of all kinds of heating and cooling,draw lessons from the existing heating cooling technology,selects the appropriate heating cooling technology to realize the seedling plate production process requirements,set up as well as electric heating rod heating water cooled temperature distribution model,A hot pressing device for seedling plate was designed.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)The forming mechanism of seedling plate based on lignin bonding characteristics was analyzed,and the overall design scheme and working principle of the forming device were determined..The key parameters of the hot-pressing device were designed and calculated,and the spacing levels of five groups were determined preliminarily according to the multiples of mounting holes..The thermal property parameters of the seedling tray pressed at room temperature with specific material ratio and moisture content were measured,and the measured parameters provided data support for the subsequent simulation analysis.(2)The Solid Works dimensional design software was used to build a virtual prototype model,and the differential equation during the heating and cooling process of the seedling plate was analyzed by the heat transfer theory,and the spatial distribution model of the heating and cooling temperature of the seedling plate was established by combining the finite element theory..According to the heating temperature diagram of the seedling plate in the thermal simulation,the optimal spacing of the heating rod group was optimized,and the temperature values at the temperature measurement positions of the heating and cooling nodes were obtained by simulation..The strength of the material frame was checked by simulation.(3)Setting up a test bed,through the open mould no-load heating the actual state of the mould temperature field distribution of contrast model simulation results,verify the seedling dish heating temperature spatial distribution model of reliability,poor material box wall temperature values than poor value decreased when the electromagnetic induction heating 12 ℃,temperature uniformity was improved;According to the result of simulating the temperature of the temperature measuring location set temperature controller,using the test-bed for suppression test,total cooling/heating fell to 2100 s,according to the forming rate and inflation rate after molding,pressing,dry surface crack,water droplets Angle and seedling plate after forming after breaking load to prove the material composition of lignin in the hot-pressing production play a role of the bond,The strength and hydrophobic capacity of the seedling tray were increased,and the seedling tray met its evaluation indexes.The designed hot-pressing device can provide conditions for subsequent transplanting experiments and lay a technical foundation for the development of the actual production model of the seedling tray.
