| Heilongjiang Province is the largest grain production base in China,with unique natural conditions.In particular,Heilongjiang Province is one of the important production areas of non transgenic soybean in China.The sown area of soybean accounts for more than 40%of the country,and the total planting area and average yield are in the leading position in the country.Accurate control of soybean planting area has very important practical significance.Remote sensing technology has great advantages in accurate identification and monitoring of crop planting area,establishment of crop growth prediction model,rapid monitoring of pest disaster information,especially sentinel satellite data.For example,rich band information,free data,large bandwidth and so on.It is widely used in high-precision grain yield estimation,food security and natural disaster emergency prediction.Based on sentinel remote sensing satellite data,this study used the method of unsupervised self-organizing data analysis,iterative classification and visual interpretation to extract high-precision soybean planting area in relatively simple planting structure area.The accuracy of soybean area satellite remote sensing image classification was determined by comparing the field validation data.The results show that the verification accuracy of the method is 99.576%,and the kappa coefficient is 0.92.It shows that the typical soybean planting area in Heilongjiang Province is taken as the research area,and the unsupervised self-organizing data analysis iterative classification method and visual interpretation method are used to extract the soybean planting area,which is highly consistent with the field verification data,and can well maintain the integrity of the target features.Using sentinel remote sensing satellite data,through unsupervised self-organizing data analysis,iterative classification processing and visual interpretation of soybean classification area extraction method,the combination of computer interpretation and artificial visual interpretation,not only improves the accuracy of the target crop interpretation results,but also improves the work efficiency.It has the advantages of convenience,reliability and high precision.It can accurately monitor the soybean planting area in Heilongjiang Province,which is of great significance to carry out high-precision yield estimation of soybean in Heilongjiang Province,develop precision agriculture and ensure food security in Heilongjiang Province.At the same time,it also provides reference for other crop area extraction methods. |
