Design And Research Of Knowledge Base Of Broad Bean Germplasm Resource Expert System In Arid Area

The knowledge base construction of germplasm resource expert system has been promoted to the national agricultural strategic position,and the research,designation and application of expert system knowledge base is an important development of domain knowledge base.The screening of broad bean germplasm resources in alpine and arid areas is the most difficult thing for farmers.For the problem,we participated in the field planting experiment of high quality broad bean germplasm resources in the legume crop research institute of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences,collected the growth data of all kinds of broad bean germplasm resources according to the international standard index,completed the standardized description,standardized collation and digital expression,and established a unified and standardized database of broad bean germplasm resources.According to the data quality control standard of broad bean germplasm resources,the influence degree and correlation between variables of broad bean characters were analyzed by cluster analysis,And the quantitative calculation was carried out to solve the problem of affecting yield and quality.Based on the above rules,the knowledge base of morphology and biological characteristics of broad bean germplasm resources is established.The data management system of the knowledge base of broad bean germplasm resources was established,and the intelligent branches of reasoning mechanism,knowledge reasoning and interpretation module,knowledge regeneration push device and so on were designed based on grey correlation analysis.In the dry area trial,the test results obtained the expected results.
