Our mountainous area is vast,and two-thirds of the country's land is covered by mountains.As the economy continues to grow,the population within the city is rapidly expanding,and the limited land is no longer able to meet people's needs.In order to expand the living space,the development of mountain space has become an inevitable trend of urban development.As a type of basic building,primary and secondary schools have become more and more frequent in mountainous areas.However,the current construction of mountain campuses in China usually has a series of problems such as breaking the natural ecological environment and lacking mountain characteristics.Therefore,the thesis takes the combination relationship between primary and secondary school campuses and the natural environment of mountains as the research object,and discusses the combination of architecture and mountain environment in depth from the perspective of environmental adaptability,in order to provide reference and guidance for the design of mountain primary and secondary schools in the future.In terms of theoretical research,first of all,this thesis determines the relevant influencing factors of mountain primary and secondary school design based on the analysis and summary of the current research status of mountain primary and secondary school design in China and the current typical mountain campus cases.Due to the complexity of the factors affecting the design,this paper will focus on the combination of the adaptability of architecture and natural mountains,and will not discuss too much about social,humanistic,climatic and other factors.Combined with a large number of case studies and field research on excellent mountain campus design,the basic principles of mountain primary and secondary school design are summarized,namely the principle of integrity,the principle of adaptability,the principle of humanization and the principle of safety.Then,from the two aspects of overall layout design and architectural design,the adaptability of campus and nature is discussed,and the basic strategies of mountain primary and secondary schools in functional partitioning,vertical design,streamline design and flat section design are summarized by summarizing the base conditions of different mountain school cases and the design methods they apply,paving the way for project design.In terms of design practice,this thesis selects the Project of Reed Smith School in Jishouxiang County,which the author participated in the planning and design of the whole process,as a practical case,analyzes the unique mountain natural environment characteristics of the school base,and cites the design principles and design strategies proposed in the theoretical research part of this paper according to the results obtained,so as to verify its rationality and practicality,and clarify the practical value of the research results.
