This dissertation has carried out research work on the experiment and evaluation technology of laser non-lethal damage to the ocular tissue of organisms.At the same time,based on the established damage evaluation method and evaluation model,the laser non-lethal damage evaluation software has been developed.First,it introduces the damage effects of laser on human eyes,the characteristics of laser beams and the biological basis of laser damage to human eyes.On this basis,the mechanism of laser damage to the biological ocular tissues is proposed.The research results show that the lasers in the visible wavelength range can reach the retina through the refractive medium of the eye,causing damage to the retina.In order to evaluate the injury effect of non-fatal damage effect of laser,in addition to the study of its damage mechanism,it is also necessary to study the factors affecting its damage effect.Secondly,in order to verify the influence of laser wavelength,laser power,spot size,operating distance,operating time,and environmental illuminance on the damage effect,a laser non-lethal weapon biological injury effect test is carried out.In the pretest preparation stage,the laser generator test device and test system are set up to test the spatial power distribution of the laser and to get a preliminary understanding of the eye tissue damage effect test of the organism.In the test phase,the ocular tissue of the chinchilla rabbits are tested for injury according to the established experimental operating procedures and experimental conditions.After the injury test is completed,the test data is analyzed and processed,and the ophthalmological equipment is used to detect and record the injury of the biological ocular tissue.Furthermore,it analyzes the injury factors of laser wavelength,laser intensity,laser power density,human eye injury threshold,and operating time.With relevant literature referred to,human tissue injury assessment methods absorbed,and the characteristics of laser eye tissue injury and experimental ophthalmological test results combined with,a laser non-lethal damage assessment method is proposed.By selecting a reasonable damage evaluation parameter—the effective laser power density Pe,a damage evaluation model between the effective laser power density and the probability of loss of visual function of the living target is established and analyzed.Finally,based on the established damage evaluation model,the damage evaluation software is analyzed and its framework is designed.The evaluation software for laser non-fatal damage effect assessment is compiled using MATLAB tools,and the rationality of its use in the evaluation is analyzed.Based on the functional analysis and frame design of the evaluation software,an evaluation software for evaluating the non-lethal damage effect of laser is compiled based on MATLAB,and the rationality of its evaluation is analyzed.
