As a fast moving platform and a refitting platform for multi-purpose combat vehicles,military wheeled Tactical Vehicles play an important role in the increasingly complex military struggle and international stability maintenance.At present,our army focuses on the explosion-proof and bulletproof of vehicles,and has not carried out the Rollover Safety Research of military special vehicles,and lacks Rollover Safety Test methods and damage evaluation methods.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the Rollover Safety of military special vehicles.In this paper,a certain type of special wheeled vehicle is taken as the research object.Starting from the rollover environment of the vehicle and aiming at improving the safety of the occupants in the vehicle,a scientific and reasonable simulation model is established by means of computer simulation,experimental verification and data analysis.The Rollover Safety of a certain type of special vehicle is dynamically simulated and evaluated through a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system The roll over safety test,demonstration and damage assessment of military special vehicles lay a theoretical foundation.Based on the research of domestic and foreign vehicle rollover regulations and test methods,this paper summarizes the occupant damage evaluation indicators applicable to vehicle rollover.A finite element model of the entire vehicle was established on the basis of a three-dimensional model of a certain type of special vehicle,and the vehicle was dynamically simulated by the vehicle gradient rollover test simulation method to obtain vehicle response data such as vehicle roll motion trajectory,vehicle body damage state,and vehicle center of mass acceleration,Compare and analyze the results of the corresponding data collected in the vehicle slope rollover test,and complete the vehicle finite element model verification.On the basis of the finite element model of the whole vehicle,using Hybrid III male dummy in the 50 th position,the occupant restraint system of different seats was established to simulate the whole vehicle slope rollover,and the two near-ground occupants in the front passenger seat and the rear passenger seat were studied.In the case of damage during the slope rollover process,the occupants in two positions showed similar damage values under the protection of different seats,and the head collided with the car body;through the whole vehicle platform rollover simulation calculation Analyze and compare the injury response of the rear passenger seat occupants under different rollover conditions.The results show that the occupant injury of the platform rollover condition performed at the initial speed of48km/h is more than the occupant injury of the slope rollover condition performed at the initial speed of 15km/h extremely serious.In order to further improve the safety of passengers,the influence of seat installation mode of occupant restraint system on occupant safety during rollover process is studied,and the optimal installation mode of passenger seat is determined;in order to ensure sufficient living space of occupant head during rollover process,the influence of seat installation height on occupant head injury and living space is studied,and the minimum survival to ensure head safety is obtained Space.
