Research On Parametric Design Of Urban Plaza Landscape

In recent years,parametric design has emerged as a new design method in the field of landscape design.Based on digitalization,parametric design has a new replacement for the previous landscape design model in terms of application mode.However,the current parametric design practice process of landscape design has not yet reached a certain depth,especially there are few studies on parametric design of urban square landscape.Thus,by summarizing the relevant theoretical and practical views of previous authors,a more complete framework of parametric design for plaza landscape is organized,so as to explore the important practical value and implementation methods of integrating parametric and plaza landscape design.The thesis will explore the parametric design of Phoenix Square landscape of Baijia Lake in design practice by studying the theoretical knowledge related to parametrization and taking the urban square landscape design as an example,and the research mainly includes the following aspects.The first part,theoretical research by reviewing literature and other materials,in-depth discussion on the concept and essence of parametric design,parametric landscape design and urban square,understanding the current situation of domestic and international research on parametric landscape design,analyzing the specific realization path of landscape parametric design with examples of parametric landscape design,and laying the theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.The second part is to conduct field research on Phoenix Square,organize the information of the crowd and the site in Phoenix Square,extract the information that can provide effective parameters for the design scheme,analyze and sort out the crowd and site parameters of Phoenix Square,and then summarize the design methods that can guide the parametric design of Phoenix Square landscape in all aspects.The third part,the theme of the square is determined,the design process and principles are formulated,and then,based on the results of the above research and analysis and the foundation of the previous research,the relationship between the elements is sorted out and their logic is initially constructed under the guidance of the previously summarized design method,and the parametric landscape design practice of Phoenix Square of Lake Baikal is carried out from the plan layout,paving,vignettes and several landscape nodes of the square,and the generated results are compared with the design specification Reasonability evaluation is conducted.The study takes Rhino & Grasshopper as the platform to integrate the parametric design into the design methods and means,starting from the landscape design of Phoenix Square,in order to promote a more innovative,scientific and convenient landscape design of urban squares.
