As a space hinge system,the cable dome has the characteristics of reasonable force,light weight,low cost and beautiful appearance.Since its inception,the cable dome structure has made considerable progress in the field of engineering applications and academic research,and has broad development prospects.Carbon fiber composite material(CFRP)has the advantages of light weight,high strength,good fatigue resistance and chemical corrosion resistance,simple construction technology and good designability,and is one of the ideal materials for new structural components.The application of CFRP material to the cable dome structure can give full play to its good material properties and has broad application prospects.The cable dome structure does not have its own rigidity before the prestress is applied.The prestress "stiffens" the flexible structure and obtains the bearing capacity.The size of the initial prestress will affect the configuration and performance of the cable dome.In actual engineering,due to the inevitable component size errors and structural construction deviations and other uncertain factors,the prestress applied to the cable dome model has a certain error with the theoretical calculation results.Therefore,the cable dome under different initial prestresses is studied The static performance of the structure has theoretical and practical engineering significance.In this paper,combined with the Geiger type CFRP cable dome model test done by the research group,the initial prestress and static performance of the Geiger type CFRP cable dome are analyzed,mainly including the following:A Geiger-type CFRP cable dome model with a diameter of 5.4m and composed of 12 cable rods was established through ANSYS,and a set of reasonable initial prestress was determined according to the analysis of the balance matrix theory.This article has carried out a series of studies on the possible initial prestress error in the construction process of the cable dome model,such as making,installing and applying prestress.The research conducted in this article is as follows:(1)Change the initial prestress of a single type of cable under the full load,that is,when changing the initial prestress of all spine cables?all diagonal cables?all loop cables and all compression rods,analyze the cables of Geiger-type CFRP cable domes Changes in internal force and node displacement;(2)Change the initial prestress of the uniaxial cable rod under the full load,that is,respectively change(i)all uniaxial spine cables?uniaxial outer ring spine cables?uniaxial middle ring spine cables? and uniaxial inner ring spine cables;(ii)All single shaft cables?single shaft outer ring cables?single shaft middle ring cables?single shaft inner ring cables;(iii)single shaft all rings?single shaft outer ring cables?single shaft middle ring cables?Single shaft inner ring lower ring cable?single shaft inner ring upper ring cable;(iiii)the initial prestress of all single shaft pressure rods?single shaft outer ring pressure rod?single shaft middle ring pressure rod?single shaft inner ring pressure rod Analyze the changes in the internal force and node displacement of the Geiger type CFRP cable dome,and find the type of cable which has the greatest impact on the performance of the cable dome by the initial prestress;(3)The initial prestress of the cable rods at the load junction axis and the intermediate shaft in the load action area was changed under the half-distribution load,that is,the(i)all spine cables,outer ring spine cables,middle ring spine cables,and inner ring spine cables;(ii)All stay cables,outer ring cables,middle ring cables,and inner ring cables;(iii)All ring cables,outer ring cables,middle ring cables,inner ring lower cables and inner rings upper ring cable;(iiii)The initial prestress of all compression rods,outer ring compression rods,middle ring compression rods,and inner ring compression rods to analyze the changes in the internal force and node displacement of the Geiger type CFRP cable dome,and find the half The type of cable rod that has the greatest impact on the performance of Geiger-type CFRP cable domes under distributed load;(4)The influence of the initial prestress error of the key cable rods on the static performance of the Geiger type CFRP cable dome structure is analyzed;...
